3 Debates, 3 Wins, 3 Weeks to Victory!

Last night, John Kerry once again showed America that he has what it takes to lead this country in a better direction. George W. Bush again refused to give us straight answers on the things that matter most here in West Virginia: jobs, the economy, and healthcare.

There are only 20 days left until November 2.

And here, 15 of those 20 days are days on which West Virginians can cast their ballots.

To make the most of John Kerry's superb performance, we must act now and make these next 4 days the most active, persuasive, and motivational of the entire campaign so far. Now is the time to reach out to undecideds and talk with them about John Kerry and get them to the polls as soon as they realize he is the only candidate who can make America stronger at home and respected in the world.

All it takes from you is a few hours of time. If you give us 20 days of effort, you'll be giving yourselves back your state and your country.

WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW:
  1. Make phone calls for 2 hours tonight and tomorrow night. Four hours may seem like a lot, but trust me, it goes by fast and makes a HUGE difference in helping us find Kerry voters and persuade undecideds. You can either come to our phone bank location at 5:30pm or I can email you a list of phone numbers you can call from the comfort of your own home. Gather some friends with cell phones and make it a party!
  2. Meet us Saturday morning, Oct 16, at 11am for Mason County's largest precinct walk yet! Meet at the headquarters in Point Pleasant and spend 2 hours of your Saturday going door to door to a select list of undecided voters to make sure they are clear on John Kerry's plan for America. I have been walking myself and can assure you most people are friendly, interested in this campaign, and eager to talk about the issues most important in Mason County like jobs, healthcare, and the economy.
  3. Commit to two Saturdays of all out work, phoning, walking, and getting out as many Democrats as possible BEFORE November 2. (this option is great especially for students or people who can't take Tuesday, November 2).
  4. Step up to leadership! Sign up to be a precinct captain and help organize your friends and neighbors right where you live. It only takes a few hours of hard work for the next 3 weeks to rest easy for the next 4 years.
DON'T WAIT TO GET ACTIVE! Now is the time to build on John Kerry's command performance during the debates: George Bush has shown us 3 times that he has only a smirk and an evasive answer, John Kerry has shown us he has what it takes. Now let's get out that message!

You have the time and the rewards will be great. Be a part of history - help save the state and the nation. Email or call today and sign up for times to volunteers: cdcydsec@hotmail.com or 593-5771.

We'll see you on the phones and on Saturday Morning!
